Plan de Desarrollo y Ordenamiento Territorial. <a href=\"https:\/\/gadllacao.gob.ec\/azuay\/fase-1-planificacion-y-facilitacion-del-proceso\/pdot_llacao_2021\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2394\">PDOT_LLACAO_2022<\/a><br \/>\n2. Oferta de campa\u00f1a de la m\u00e1xima autoridad. <a href=\"https:\/\/gadllacao.gob.ec\/azuay\/fase-1-planificacion-y-facilitacion-del-proceso\/plan-de-trabajo-llacao\/\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2396\">PLAN DE TRABAJO LLACAO<\/a><br \/>\n3. Plan Operativo Anual (POA) \/ Plan Anual de Pol\u00edtica P\u00fablica (PAPP). <a href=\"https:\/\/gadllacao.gob.ec\/azuay\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/05\/POA-2022-1.pdf\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-2395\">POA 2022<\/a><\/p>\n<p>4.
